Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the games published by Epsiloop under the Epsiloop Games brand, including their mobile apps for Android and iOS, and the website at games.epsiloop.io (together, the "Games"), operated by Epsiloop ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing or playing a Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Games.
A particular Game may have its own additional rules, shown in the app or on its page. If they conflict with these Terms, the Game-specific rules apply to that Game.
1. What the Games are
Epsiloop Games are casual games for entertainment. The website lists our games and links to them. Games are in active development; features, levels and content may change, and a Game may be limited to certain regions or withdrawn.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if higher) to play. If you are under 18, play with the permission of a parent or guardian.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
- copy, modify, resell, rent, lease or sublicense a Game;
- reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code, except where the law expressly permits it;
- cheat, use bots, exploits, or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage or alter scores or progress;
- scrape, overload or interfere with the Games, our servers or their security features;
- use a Game for any unlawful purpose.
4. Progress, data and backups
Game progress, settings and scores may be stored on your device and, where a Game offers it, on our servers. If you delete a Game, reset or lose your device, progress stored only on the device may be lost and we cannot always recover it. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy of each Game, listed on our Privacy page, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Virtual items and purchases
Games may be free to play. If a Game offers in-app purchases or ads, the price and conditions will be shown clearly before you are charged. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are processed by Google or Apple under their terms and refund policies. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed to you rather than sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Conduct
If a Game includes leaderboards, names or other social features, do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights or impersonates another person. We may remove such content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Third-party services
Games may rely on third-party services such as app stores, advertising or analytics providers. These are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Intellectual property
The Epsiloop name, logo, the Games, the website and all original content, including code, art, audio and design, belong to Epsiloop or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of bugs, or that progress will never be lost.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epsiloop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, virtual items or profits arising from your use of the Games. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim (which is $0 if you have paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects consumer rights that cannot be waived.
11. Termination
You may stop playing at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we discontinue a Game. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10 and 13 continue to apply after termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the revised version at this address with a new date above. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live continue to apply to you.
